“The guide was nice and lunch was okay but we could have done it ourselves for cheaper. It was not worth a whole day there, I felt like an hour or two would have been enough. Also, my bus ticket got changed last minute. When I got to the station, I was told it wasn’t valid and needed to wait for the next bus. When the next bus came, I needed to buy a new ticket. It was very frustrating and confusing. I bought this tour so I wouldn’t have to stress about transportation. I’m hoping to get reimbursement for the ticket, but I’m still waiting for a response.”
